Worldwide NFT, Inc. has announced the formation of an advisory board to support Chief Executive Officer Jay Wright with strategic guidance and business counsel. As part of the initiative, the company has appointed entrepreneur Charles Haywood as the board’s inaugural member.
Haywood is best known for founding and leading Mansfield-King (MK), an Indianapolis-based manufacturer of personal care products. Under his leadership, the company grew into one of the largest contract manufacturers in the United States before being acquired by a private equity-backed firm in 2020.
Before entering the manufacturing sector, Haywood practiced as a securities and mergers and acquisitions attorney at Foley & Lardner in Chicago. He also served as a judicial clerk for Judge Michael Kanne of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Haywood holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Chicago, in addition to a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
The appointment marks the first step in Worldwide NFT’s newly established advisory board, which is expected to provide strategic expertise as the company advances its growth plans.
