Immutable has launched the Seven Deadly Sins NFT Adventure, opening its free NFT mint on July 30 as part of a new Web3 gaming campaign. The event allows players to complete in-game quests and earn blockchain-based rewards through the MARBLEX ecosystem.
The initiative is designed to encourage user participation by combining gameplay with digital asset ownership, offering players an opportunity to collect NFTs and receive Web3 incentives.
Immutable X, the blockchain platform powering the campaign, is a Layer 2 scaling solution built on Ethereum specifically for non-fungible tokens. It enables instant NFT trading, high transaction throughput and gas-free minting and trading while maintaining Ethereum’s security standards.
The platform relies on Zero-Knowledge Rollups (ZK-Rollups), a technology that processes transactions off Ethereum’s main network. This approach significantly lowers transaction costs and improves scalability, making it easier for developers and users to create, trade and manage NFTs at scale.
Supporting the ecosystem is the IMX token, the native ERC-20 utility token of the Immutable X protocol. Users can earn IMX through ecosystem activities such as trading, while the token can also be used for transaction fees, staking and participation in protocol governance.
